Dear Friends,
Thank
you for your interest in the Board Bank Program. The
Board Bank connects nonprofit agencies experiencing
vacancies on their board of directors and/or
governance committee with trained, interested and
available professionals. We refer individuals
(candidates) with professional expertise, skills and
community interest who could positively affect your
agency’s effectiveness.
Nonprofit
agencies who wish to take advantage of the Board
Bank must be a Partner Agency of Metro Volunteers
and must submit their application for Partner Agency
status, their Board Bank application, and their
payment to Metro Volunteers.
Individuals
who wish to take advantage of the Board Bank
must submit their candidate registration form, their
payment, and attend a regularly scheduled training
titled, “Roles and Responsibilities of a Board
Member.” This is required before being
“matched” with a nonprofit organization.
Agencies
and Individuals who wish additional information
should contact Metro
Volunteers at
(303) 282-1234 or metrovol@metrovolunteers.org
For more information on
this program, contact Angela Davis, Director of
Board Services, at (303) 282-1234 Extension 303 or
