An easy way to support
Metro Volunteers
One of the easiest ways to help Metro Volunteers
raise money, and sometimes one of the most lucrative, is the common house party.
Anyone who has ever had a birthday party, school picnic, anniversary
celebration, wedding or bat mitzvah already possesses the knowledge and
experience necessary to organize and host a house party
At a House Party for Metro Volunteers you invite
your friends, co-workers and associates to a party at your house as a means of
educating attendees about our work, and generating financial support for Metro
Volunteers in the process.
Giving a House Party does require a few things,
but what party doesn't. Recruiting a few friends to help will make it much
easier. Metro Volunteers can assist you in deciding who to invite, what kind of
party give, what to serve, and what to do - everything it takes to make your
party a success. We can even provide invitations and mail them for you.
Giving a House Party is really easy, fun and
rewarding. Let us show you how. To arrange for a House Party, contact Gary
Renville, Director of Development, at (303) 282-1234 ext. 302 or e-mail garyr@metrovolunteers.org.
Metro Volunteers is the leading advocate for the
power of volunteerism in the metro Denver area. Since our inception in 1994, we
have helped transform over 200,000 people and countless communities by matching
individuals and groups to meaningful and enriching volunteer experiences.
Thank you for your support!
